What are the Acctivate Broadcast Email Orders Selections?

 

Emails sent from Acctivate are sent through your configured email account. Your email provider may impose limits for the number of emails that can be sent in a period of time, such as per day or per hour. These limits are to prevent spamming and they are not specific to emails sent from Acctivate, but rather any emails sent from your email account. Acctivate has no control over these limits so exercise caution when using the Broadcast Email Messages function as your email provider may enabled restrictions if a threshold is met.

Acctivate Broadcast Email – Orders Selection

When utilizing the Broadcast email utility, users have the option to select information from existing customer Orders. This information is held under the following menus:  Customer > Customer Information > Orders Tab or Sales > Sales Order.

Below is a list of all the different filters available and which fields can be used from the order document. Once you have used a certain field, it will no longer be available to add that same field for further filtering. When using the “is between” filter, make sure you are in numeric or alphabetic order to successfully pull criteria.

Branch Select a specific Branch
Order Date on, on or before, on or after, or is between two dates
Entry Date on, on or before, on or after, or is between two dates
Entered by Select a specific User
Order Status Select a specific order Status
Status Date on, on or before, on or after, or is between two dates
FOB is, contains, is at most, is at least, or is between two FOB specifications
Requested Ship Date on, on or before, on or after, or is between two dates
Promised Ship Date on, on or before, on or after, or is between two dates
Don’t Ship Before on, on or before, on or after, or is between two dates
Don’t Ship After on, on or before, on or after, or is between two dates
Customer ID is, is at most, is at least, or is between two Customer ID’s
Bill to Name is, contains, is at most, is at least, or is between two names
Bill to City is, contains, is at most, is at least, or is between two cities
Bill to State is, contains, is at most, is at least, or is between two state codes
Bill to Zip is, is at most, is at least, or is between two zip codes
Bill to Country is, contains, is at most, is at least, or is between two country codes
Location ID is, contains, is at most, is at least, or is between two Ship To Location ID’s
Ship to Description is, contains, is at most, is at least, or is between two Ship To Descriptions (CYMA only)
Ship to City is, contains, is at most, is at least, or is between two cities
Ship to State is, contains, is at most, is at least, or is between two state codes
Ship to Zip is, is at most, is at least, or is between two zip codes
Ship to Country is, contains, is at most, is at least, or is between two country codes
Salesperson Select a specific Salesperson
Ship Via Select a specific Ship Via
Carrier Select a specific Carrier
Job Number is, contains, is at most, is at least, or is between two Job Numbers
Reference is, contains, is at most, is at least, or is between two Reference values
Reference 2 is, contains, is at most, is at least, or is between two Reference 2 values
Customer Type Select a specific Customer Type
Product ID is, is at most, is at least, or is between two Product ID’s
Warehouse Select a specific Warehouse
Price Code Select a specific Price Code
Product Class Select a specific Product Class
Product Description is, contains, is at most, is at least, or is between two Product Description values
