Acctivate ID and Password required during installation

Starting in Acctivate 10, users will be required to enter in their Acctivate ID and Password during the installation of Acctivate, including all Updates.  Your Acctivate ID and Password were provided during the initial registration of Acctivate.  If you aren’t aware of your Acctivate ID and Password, please contact Acctivate Support.

Your Acctivate ID and Password are case sensitive.  In the event you receive the message, below, verify you have entered in your ID and Password with the proper Case.

An Acctivate license was not found for that ID and password. Please check the ID and password and try again.
