How do I set a Business Activity email template default?

Go to Configuration Manager > Business Activities > Activity Options and select from the Message Template drop down menu.

Once email templates have been set up (see the Email Templates help article), the default template can be defined for emailing. You can do so following these steps:

  1. Open Configuration Manager -> Business Activities -> Activity Options.
  2. Click "Edit" on the top bar to enter edit mode.
  3. Select your desired message template from the "Message Template" dropdown.
