Processing credit cards in Acctivate with either QuickBooks Merchant Services or Authorize.net may return the following Remote server error (400) Bad Request. Received empty or truncated http inputstream.
First, check the customer record or the name on the credit card to ensure no special characters are present, if a special character exist please replace the special character and attempt to process the credit card again.
