From time to time, users may encounter the following error when trying to sync with QuickBooks:
There was a problem sending your error report.
This error means that Acctivate could not communicate with our servers here at Alterity to log the error message. It may be caused by a dropped connection or some other network interference.
We’ve found that simply restarting Acctivate and/or running the sync while logged into QuickBooks in Single User Mode typically resolves this error. Either the sync will complete, or a more descriptive error will be returned that can be further investigated.
If restarting your workstation and running the sync in single user mode does not resolve your error, please contact Acctivate Support.
