The Acctivate website has a built-in tool to help you get your Login ID and Password.
The Password Request Form page allows users to recover lost credentials. Users may either enter the main email address associated with the account, or you can enter the Alterity Customer ID given to your company. If this information is correctly entered, the Acctivate website will automatically send the Login ID and Password to the main email account on file for your company.
