Acctivate fields do not appear when configuring FedEx Ship Manager

There are no fields displayed in the drop-down lists during the “Import -> Match” and “Export -> Match” steps in the Integration Assistant in FedEx Ship Manager.

This problem is related to a known bug in FedEx Ship Manager related to the SQL Server ODBC drivers.

Install the latest version of the Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) to resolve this problem. The current version as of the date this article was published is 2.8 SP1. MDAC 2.8 SP1 can be downloaded at
