If you print a report containing a bar graph, and it shows you everything except for the graph, you are probably missing a needed DLL file.
To resolve this issue, contact the Acctivate support team and refer to this article so they can provide you with a zip file containing the necessary DLLs.
- Once you receive the zip file, extract it into the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\2.5\bin directory on the computer that is experiencing the issue.
- You will then need to click on the Windows Start menu and click “Run”.
- Copy and paste the following command, in the “Open” box and click OK:
Regsvr32 “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\2.5\bin\CRAnalyzer.dll”
- You should be given a confirmation popup that says that the registration of the file has succeeded, and you can check to make sure your report is working correctly.
