Graphs do not appear when printing Dashboard Reports

If you print a report containing a bar graph, and it shows you everything except for the graph, you are probably missing a needed DLL file.

To resolve this issue, contact the Acctivate support team and refer to this article so they can provide you with a zip file containing the necessary DLLs.

  1. Once you receive the zip file, extract it into the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\2.5\bin directory on the computer that is experiencing the issue.
  2. You will then need to click on the Windows Start menu and click “Run”.
  3. Copy and paste the following command, in the “Open” box and click OK:
    Regsvr32 “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\2.5\bin\CRAnalyzer.dll”
  4. You should be given a confirmation popup that says that the registration of the file has succeeded, and you can check to make sure your report is working correctly.
