Mobile Receiving
When you receive a shipment from your vendor, the Mobile Receiving (add-on) module allows you to receive inventory into stock directly into Acctivate with a mobile device.
As soon as a shipment arrives at your dock, your receiving clerk can pull up the purchase order (PO) for that particular shipment on the mobile device and begin comparing it with what you actually received. Once verified, you can receive it into inventory directly on the device. If a PO has not been made yet, you can select the vendor and start receiving the product anyway. If your mobile device has a wireless barcode reader, you can quickly scan the products to verify that you have the correct products and receive them into inventory.
